The only restriction is the rate limit (30 requests/minute for Free, 100 requests/minute for Pro), which prevents abuse and ensures fair usage for all users. This is perfect for most applications handling normal user registration flows.

Velocity ML tracking uses machine learning to detect automation and bot patterns by analyzing the speed and frequency of sign-ups from specific emails or IPs. Even if an email address and IP appear legitimate on their own, our ML model can identify suspicious patterns like multiple rapid sign-ups that indicate automated abuse. This is especially valuable for platforms with free tiers, newsletters, or gaming applications that are frequently targeted by bots.

Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. If you choose to cancel your Pro subscription, you'll automatically fall back to the Free plan without losing access. No penalties, no questions asked.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. For annual plans, we can also arrange invoice payment for verified businesses.

The Pro plan is currently in beta, which means we're actively developing and refining the ML features with early adopters. Beta users get priority support, can influence feature development, and lock in the beta pricing even after we exit beta. We'll notify you before any pricing changes take effect.

Yes! If you're not satisfied with the Pro plan within the first 14 days, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next billing period.
